The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.

The apartment is located in an upmarket residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.

Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
